Anirudh (Ani) Kashyap is a Computational Biomedical Engineer at Complete Omics Inc., where he develops computational pipelines and automation systems supporting large-scale clinical proteomics and multi-omics data analysis. He earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, following his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology.
At Complete Omics, Ani builds automated workflows and scalable data infrastructure for mass spectrometry–based proteomics, improving throughput, reproducibility, and data accessibility. His work integrates computational biology, machine learning, and software engineering to support biomarker discovery and advance next-generation precision medicine.
At Complete Omics, I’m excited to build computational systems that transform complex proteomics data into meaningful biological insights. Our automated pipelines enable scalable, high-throughput analysis of deep multi-omics datasets.
